Are Dine-ins allowed this pandemic?

• Dine-ins are allowed but subect to IATF and LGU guidelines. While on quarantine status, it is almost certain that only a certain percentage of seats can be accommodated. It is ideal that reservations are in place across all LOLA outlets to ensure that we can have seats prepared for you

Do you have alfresco?

• Yes! All outlets have alfresco, some outlets have bigger capacity than the others

How can I place a reservation?

• Just contact the store of your choice through mobile, landline or whatsapp. Please leave your details such as name, contact, number of guests, and date/time of visit

Are Seniors or Kids allowed to dine-in?

• This will be subject to IATF and LGU guidelines. We will comply with prevailing regulations

Do you have parking?

• Yes, all outlets have ample parking space numbering to more than 10. If these spaces gets full, our guard can direct you to other nearby areas where you can park

What measures do you do to stay Covid-free?

• We have routine checks for our dining team, as well as rotating schedules to ensure that they are free from Covid. Dining areas are steamed and UV’d periodically, as well as regular general cleaning schedules

• We also do the standard temperature checks and contact tracing forms upon entry. We hope for your cooperation on this matter!

How to place orders for take-out?

• Kindly contact the outlet nearest you for take-out orders. It is ideal to have some time for us to prepare your orders to ensure we can provide everything you want

• For payments, we online transfer or Gcash. Or if personal pick-up, Cash or Credit Card

• For deliveries, you may book your rider to pickup from us, or you may also request us to book for you. We are just unable to book for you during peak days.

What is your AT HOME product?

• Its basically a full menu set that you can customize for your home celebrations or for remote party celebrations. Our portions are standardized by 3-4pax and 6-8 pax, and are just multiplied or divided depending on the portion size that you will need

Where can I see the menu?

• The full menu can be viewed under the AT HOME section of this website

Can you deliver outside of Metro Manila?

• We use the transport apps to deliver to your address (at your cost too). In cases when the orders are bulk and are of multiple destinations, we use our inhouse fleet

Can you do simultaneous delivery?

• Yes, we can and have done several times. Just allow us a two-hour window for all deliveries to be fulfilled within your event time

What is your packaging?

• We deliver these sets in boxes. The trays or the containers are inside, supported by kraft paper. We will ensure to seal each container properly to avoid spillage and to survive rugged travel

• If it is a gift, we can place ribbons, as well as cards (standard or customized). Just let us know!

What is the payment terms?

• We will require to settle the full payment at least 3 days prior to the delivery date to confirm the order

• Cancellation will not be allowed once payment has been done. However, you may change delivery schedule 3 days prior to the date of the delivery.

What if I need to reheat the food?

• Reheating instructions are provided in a label in each box. Most of the items will just require short heating times under typical microwave or oven

• For desserts, cakes or any items that needs to be refrigerated, just chill if these items will not be consumed right away

Receiving our product

• Once food is received please make sure to remove all covers of containers to aerate the food. Yes, keeping it covered will keep it warm longer, but it will also make the food spoil faster

• If food will not be consumed right away, please make sure dishes are at room temperature before refrigerating




What is Events at LOLA?

• These are special occasions and celebrations done at our outlets. We have had weddings, birthdays, reunions, meetings, press/media events done at our venues

• The service type is usually via package, where clients select their budget and their lineup of food and drinks

• Programs and other entertainment are normal happenings but are now subject to IATF and LGU guidelines this pandemic

Where can I see the packages?

• You may see the events packages under the EVENTS section of this website

What are the inclusions?

• Mics, basic sound system, white screen and projectors are available via request..

How do you serve the food?

• Our standard service is Assisted Buffet where we have our servers control the portion per guest when they line up at the Buffet Area. With the new safety guidelines, we are doing a plated service. Buffet Set-Up can be requested, but our servers will plate it for your guests to avoid exposure to different people

• Other arrangements will need to be discussed with the events manager

What is the minimum number of people to avail the event package?

• Minimum of 15 people

How is the charging?

• Our packages are designed to be per-head, and we have four price ranges to choose from. Anything outside of it can be customized and discussed with the events manager

• While charging will be per head, it also noteworthy to remember that our outlets also go by consumable rates per area. If your guest count x per-head rate falls under the consumable, you may need to negotiate this with our manager to either top-up the rate, or to bridge the difference through a Gift Certificate or future/outside purchase

• We will portion the food based on your event order (number of guests). In the event that more than expected guests arrive, you may either top-up via additional food orders, or sacrifice a little bit on the portioning

• We will request a downpayment to confirm the event, but more importantly to lock the event date/time

Do you provide food tasting?

• Yes, we provide free food tasting good for 2 persons for confirmed whole restaurant booking. You may also request for a food tasting to help you decide on choosing us for your event, fees are subject to the package that you will choose. Minimum of 2 persons to avail

What is the capacity?

• All outlets have relatively large seating capacities over 100. But given the pandemic situation, we can only accommodate a fraction of this. The number of guests we can allow is subject to prevailing quarantine status and guidelines from IATF and LGU

Are seniors and kids allowed?

• This will be subect to IATF and LGU guidelines, with certain exemptions

Can we style the event venue?

• Yes, we encourage you to do so! However, we don’t provide this service and will encourage you to explore your own creativity in doing so

• We have work with several stylists and can recommend but just note that we do not have any accreditations or tie-ups with these professionals

How to save the date of your event?

• We follow a 'first to down payment policy' to block the date.

• To block the date, we will require to settle 30% non-refundable down payment at our bank account.

• All down payment fees are forfeited upon reservation cancellation. Reservation and down payment fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable except with Government mandated lockdown.
