Return & Exchange Options
  • Return of items can be processed under the following conditions:
    • Package is completely sealed and in the original packaging
    • Item is reported to have issues within 2 days of receiving
    • With the exception of all items that fall under FRESH
  • To open a case to return/exchange, send us an email at customer.service.locale.grocer@gmail.com. Please state reason and if possible, with pictures, and we will process for approval.
  • For third party items/brands carried by our website, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will process and settle it.
  • Return Item/s Shipping/Drop: To return your product, please contact us at customer.service.locale.grocer@gmail.com to coordinate. Please allow us maximum of 7 days to retrieve and exchange the contested item.
